iTechDeals.comReviews of itechdeals.com

I have ordered from iTech Deals in the past with great results every time. This time, I ordered an iPad that arrived damaged. The service and assistance in resolving this issue was exceptional. I will continue to use iTech. Thank you

Pretty darn good customer service. I would gladly order from them again.

Found out days later one item I want most was not shipped , due to their miscalculation of inventory! How about offering to upgrade & send me another version?

I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop computer from this company that arrived with a chunk of plastic missing from the hinge that caused issues with the screen separating from the laptop casing when it opened. The company did authorize a refund and sent the prepaid label for the return. I went to purchase another one from them but they no longer had that model. I ended up buying a Acer laptop from them that was also reconditioned. It arrived in 4 days and also had a chunk of plastic missing from the back of it. Overall, it worked as expected and a $20 case covered the defect. I found the return process and communication a little hit or miss but overall the laptop was a good deal. Expect the reconditioned item to be potentially damaged beyond just scratches but operational.

ordered a chromebook from these people and when i got it couldn't get it connect to my wi-fi. contacted them and was told they didn.t offer tech support ?!?!? what ????? never heard from them again. i won't ever buy anything else from them.

I had a great assistance and everything was very well clear at all times. Thank you!

I placed 2 orders 1 for smart plugs and charging cables for Ipads. It was a good price on the smart plugs so I placed a second order. The cables never worked and I got no response from the company to replace them. Right after I received the second smart plugs the first ones completely stopped working. I am getting no response whatsoever from customer service after contacting them twice. I contacted again today and will never order from them again.

Sure, other companies can find you some great deals too, but a lot of them want nothing more to do with you once they have your money. iTechDeals has great deals (of course) on tech you'd actually want, and backs it up with terrific and responsive service.
