On last october 2014,I have got from SHEILA all informations about my reservation for 6 months (site number,price and agreements for this location). At my arrival on november,Sheila had prepared all papers for location and all is correct as she agreed. I had appreciated your service and your agreements from Sheila and your administration. So on the next october,may be I will come back on Istorage. Best regards

Moving from another state can be daunting and overwhelming. When I first found this location I was quite happy on how reasonable the price was. Now it is just so expensive. It has been raised about 2-3 times, but the level of service or maintaining the grounds look the same as it was before. I understand companies change, merge, and revise their ways of business, but instead of raising prices on new customers, the prices were raised on everyone. Just feel disappointed because you aren't showing any increased services for almost doubling my monthly payment.

Patricia was very thorough and polite when assessing what my needs were as well as explaining the options. She made me feel secure in my decision by showing me each option and listening to my questions. I realised I needed a larger unit a few days later and when I went back to upgrade she remembered me and made the change propmptly and made sure I was taken care of and happy. Good Prices, clean and safe premises and friendly Staff. Im happy with my experience and the services provided. Thanks guys!

I had a very good experience with istorage. Moving sucks, but at least it wasn't that bad when I had to put my things in storage. Was about 20 minutes from paperwork to the time we had my unit open.

We had a few bumps, but they took care of it quickly and cheerfully. One issue - no one ever seems to be around to answer the phone.
