Fast service, very clean units
when I first went to find the storage I was greeted by Ron who was very helpful got me hooked up with a Storage real quick he provided good customer service. The only problem I had was I didn't get my first bill because they had the incorrect email address. I did write the correct address done. So my first reminder notice never reached me. So because of this I was charged a late charge.. The only reason why I didn't pay the Bill that was due on the 1st of the month was because I didn't know what special I had gotten into I thought maybe I had the first months free. I just felt that since they entered the wrong email address the late charge should have been waived.

New Customer
I've only been a "resident" for a couple of weeks but so far my experience has been positive. The registering process was easy and pleasant. The unit is clean and easy to access. I will probably need another unit soon since I am transferring from another storage company in the area.

The only place I will ever rent a storage unit from is Istorage, Apollo Beach.
I have rented storage units for most of my life as I do not like keeping things in my attic. This year I switched to Istorage in Apollo Beach and am only mad I didn't do it sooner! The cleanliness, the manager Ashley and her assistant are SO PROFESSIONAL! I mean you NEVER see a storage unit office staffed with such organized friendly people who care. As a Realtor, I will be sending everyone who is moving to this location for storage!

Great Service
The sales associate was very helpful. She showed us our different unit options and gave us all of the information we needed. I was very happy with our service and choice of storage units.
