Very clean excellent service I love the security system they have. The prices are reasonable as well. They provide the carts as well which makes it very easy to move your stuff into the unit.

Love the cleanliness and convenience of the facility. Staff who helped me get started were friendly and professional. My only complaint after commiting to a two month agreement (Oct. & Nov.) I was charged for a days rent because I signed up on the 30th ofSeptemberr. Seems unfair.

I found the staff at the Akron facility, very helpful and friendly. wanted to rent an outdoor RV site, was told there was only one left. Rather then simply having me commit over the phone, he suggested I come look at the site, it was in the back corner of the lot, with a difficult turn to reach it, he just wanted me to feel comfortable with the site, he personally drove me over to the spot and made sure I was aware of all the problems with the spot. I took the spot.

Everything about Istorage is first rate from the courtesy with which they answer the phone to the delivery of your boat or RV. They even inflate your tires before you leave. The employees seem to be happy to work there!

From the time I came in and rented a space everyone was super helpful and the place was spotless and clean. I would recommend this place to all my friends

I had lots of help with the things I needed from them. I feel safe storing my things there with all the protection there.
