I liked how dibbi explain everything and showed us the difference in sizes so that we would choosing the one for us

When I began my search for storage units I started online, as most people do. I was thoroughly impressed by the prices listed online. However, those prices are VERY deceiving. When I called to make a reservation, the actual prices were at least $50 higher! I was shocked. I went in to tour the facility (which is very clean and maintained) and I was given the actual prices and told the special for October was 50% off the first 2 months. Well, to my surprise, the day I went in to pay for my unit and sign a lease, there were magically, no longer any specials??? I was upset. I told her I would have to discuss with my husband and come back. After realizing we were running out of time to find storage we decided we would have to just accept the false advertisement and sign up. Then when we went back to sign, the deal was back???? I don't understand. We signed our lease, the math still does not add up and we paid in full for 3 months. We wouldn't use I storage if we had more time to research before our move. But we will continue to store there for the time being and just be very cations of any further "deals" being offered.

We needed help in the storage of some of our household goods while we were in the process of moving into our new home. Being new to the area we depended on word of mouth suggestions. I Storage made the short list and one visit and a tour of the site was all it took. A very good operation and a very clean place. The staff were helpful in all respects.

As a returning customer it was great to do business with Mary at the Aston facility. Mary was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service.

We only moved into our storage unit a couple of weeks ago, but the experience thus far has been terrific. Customer service is outstanding - very helpful and cheerful.

I found out about Istorage about 10 months ago. I needed another storage space for a family member so I will continue to use this company. I did not want to travel far for a facility, so this works out fine. Very satisfied with the service and units that I have.

They answer all your questions, they seem very thorough, but the day after getting a unit I went to place some items in and the gate was up and in disrepair. Great 1st impression. The next day it was repaired, working again, I was relieved.

A letter has been forwarded to Corporate, and the Manager of the Storage Facility I was dealing with.
