Having passed the Storage Center many times, never dreamed we would need one. We decided to move, starting inquiring. Stopped by first day spoke to a young lady. She explained everything, showed us the size we wanted. Took a deposit and stated she would call when it got closer. We decided to use it immediately since we were partially packed. The young man who took care of us a few days later was a true sales person. He truly was taught the informed consent course, he did not miss anything. Took us for a ride to where our site was. Cleaned out the bin, explained again, gave us the do's and don'ts. Extremely pleasant. Using it on a daily basis. Great location

I could not ask for a better customer service experience than the one Ashley provided. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate mine, was completely prepared when I walked in the door. She took the time to explain everything to me so I was comfortable. The facility was spotless, seems very secure. I have complete confidence in leaving my belongings at IStorage and would strongly recommend them to others! I am completely satisfied with my decision to utilize their facility.

So far I am very satisfied with the space, conditions, accessibility, and price of the storage unit (10x25x12). I have to say that Diane in the front office is wonderful. Not only did she treat me like royalty, but she patiently showed me my unit in the rain and answered all of my questions. She was a bit of sunshine on a miserable day. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her, and will make it a routine to stop in and say hi to her when I can.

When deciding in what space was best for me, they gladly showed me each size to determine my needs. I was given info needed upon my leaving and they continued to follow up with me. Glad I have a safe and dry place to put my things.

On a scale of 1-10, The property rates a 8-9 on cleanliness. Sean the mgr. / sales person was awesome and rates a 9-10. However, I'm on the 2nd floor of the old building, and the air conditioner is either not properly working or needs dialed down...it's generally always TOO hot there. I had hoped that it would be as cool as the first floor, or as cool as the new building. I think it will be OK for the items I stored, but do have some concerns about long term storage of household items in that heat. *****PLEASE MAKE IT COLDER****

I really enjoyed opening and account with these folks. They care very much and a real people who can relate with you. I shared some painful stuff about my life and the reason for having to get the storage unit in the first place and the man who was signing me up sympathized with me and then shared some of the "junk" in his life as well. It was good to be listened to. Hope it made him feel better that I listened to him as well. That's what it's all about! Caring for each other...God set it up that way!

The facility was very clean and organized, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
