We shopped around online and this place had the best deals. Reserved a spot online, had no trouble getting in contact with a representative over the phone, and even received a couple of follow-up calls to ensure that I had been helped. Got to the facility, and the guy working there was great. Very nice, very personable, and very helpful. He got us a nice storage unit and cleaned it up for us immediately. Units are nice, and so far I have had no problems with mine. Overall I've had a great experience!

This storage unit is climate controlled, clean, affordable, monitored and gated. Debee at front desk was very friendly, she explained all options, showed me the unit and discussed contract terms. Overall I'm very satisfied. Only downside is having one elevator per building which increases wait time especially if others are moving at the same time.

Manager Mimi was excellent. She helped me find the right storage. Facility was clean and neat. Could not have been better!

I stopped by in August to explore the future possibility of storing my 24ft. motorhome at your facility. I wasn't ready to commit at that time. There were openings at that time and you had a special of two free months with a commitment. When I left I gave my name and contact info. We agreed that I would be contacted if they became short on spots that the free offer would expire. I heard nothing after I left and was surprised that when I called there was only one spot left and the free offer had expired. I grabbed the last spot and parked my motor home there. It is a nice facility and I am satisfied with my spot and the pricing. I was treated very well by the staff and I did not make a issue of my previous understanding.

We have never rented a storage unit before. We had no idea what to really expect. We needed a 10' X 20'. Many storage places do not have that size. We will be moving eventually to El Dorado County from the Bay Area. We sold a home and took the contents to the storage up in El Dorado Hills. The unit was really clean and the customer service was excellent. The storage is all inside the building. At first I thought that was not going to be a good thing, but we were pleasantly surprised. Access to the unit from the exterior was located close to the exterior access door. They provided carts to assist in the process from truck to unit. Great First Experience.
