I use the chat often to get quick answers for administering our LMS. The iSpring representatives are always so quick and pleasant to talk too. They are even happy to send the product development team ideas that would make the LMS better! Sofia in tech support was great and was even willing to send me screenshots of where I could make the requested changes.

There is not enough space here to write everything that I love about iSpring! I have been using the authoring tool and Market for about 2 years. I enjoy the flexibility and ease of use that the products provide. You have an awesome product because they have an awesome product. The people are fantastic. If you encounter a problem or don't understand something, they will hang in with you to get it solved. I recently received a new laptop and had to reach out to customer support for assistance in transferring my license from the older laptop. Sofia was quick to respond to my request for assistance, and with her help, I was able to get back up and running with iSpring very quickly!
