I discovered iSpring as an authoring tool in 2006, when Flash was first becoming unsupported, and the big jump to HTML5 was beginning. I started using iSpring 6, and, now it's been a year or so since I've been using iSpring 9; that is over 4 versions of improvements I have seen implemented over the years. Support is unparalleled to any other eLearning authoring tool. I've met some of the team in person a few times at eLearning conferences. They are truly a great bunch. I've even requested some features over the years that I have seen integrated into the tool. They do listen to their client base. Exciting to see what else is in store in the future. iSpring helps keep budgets low, and keeps training simple, quick, and easy to maintain over the years with any future iterations.

I have been an iSpring user for a little over 4 years now and have found the product and additional tools (such as the CamPro application) very user friendly and able to meet my clients needs quickly and effectively. A key reason I stay is their support team, chat is always there and the response is very fast. They provide links to directions and screen shots (complete with arrows and steps for people like me!) providing a solution to the problem I have brought to them. Sound, good tool backed up with an incredible support team.

I love the ease of converting my existing PowerPoints to scorm files ready for the LMS. This means that I can adapt my existing slides into e-learning nuggets and with a click of a button, I'm done. Had some difficulty with having to re-install as a result of an upgrade on our side and contacted iSpring support. I was quickly and efficiently assisted by a friendly and patient lady called Anna and I'm now once again iSpringing away! Thank you so much.
