Very poor. I am a old customer of Ispring for more than 10 years. They sell life time software validity. Recently my maintenance plan expired. I asked them to change my mail id as my earlier id was not working properly. Surprisingly for changing email in their online account they need a maintenance plan. Quite unprofessional. I felt cheated.

iSpring is an amazing program for easily developing e-Learning software, and truly deserves the highest rating. There is a learning curve which is not too difficult to get by. The quizzes and interactions in their add-ons greatly improve ones final product. Support is superb - all support folks tend to go the extra mile to solve problems, providing complete solutions and even image files where necessary.
