We have looked into this for you and see that your order was placed at 7:13PM CDT on 30 June for an item that was to be shipped from one of our store locations. The following morning, 1 July, our fulfillment team was working to prepare your shipment and discovered there had been an incorrect inventory count for the product and it was sold out. We immediately notified you that the item was sold out, refunded your order, and offered you a discount on your next purchase for your inconvenience. Again, we value your trust and we are sorry that we disappointed you. One of our values here at IslandSurf is to always seek improvements. These kind of errors, while rare, are not acceptable to us and we will continue to work so this won't happen again.
