Package was very late so was it was not here for Christmas as promised. Howevever, I gave you an average rating since your customer service rep, Jane, did an excellent job of handling the situation best she could by investigating and reporting the where the problem occurred and communicating back.

My order came in two packages: a box and a plastic bag. The plastic bag was mangled and had extra shipping tape on it. Upon receiving the delivery, the delivery guy asked my husband to open the package to make sure contents weren't damaged. Contents were okay, but they were part of my husband's Christmas gift. All your shipments need to be boxed for safety to contents. I was not happy about this at all.

I ordered two pairs. One was ordered through Amazon and came from IslandSurf. It arrived in 6 days. The other pair is still stuck somewhere in the USPS tracking system. It has been 7 days and I have no idea when it will be delivered. Lesson learned. Don't order direct from IslandSurf.

I like the shoes. But my feet hurt. Still trying to brake them in. Straps are really tight. I wear a 6 so bought 5.5-6.5.

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Nixon off of island surf. They delivered it on time but they delivered it to the wrong house and I couldn't find it for about 3 hours. Almost everything was good but it didn't make sense to me why the package deliverer didn't try to deliver it to the right adress

This is my first time buying from this site. I bought two Ugg boots when on sale. Appreciated the cost. I have not received them yet. If they are authentic, I know I will love them. My only complaint is I have no idea when or thow they are shipped. Very nervous that they may be on my doorstep for hours while I am at work! I can usually work with the shipping companies to set up days I am off for delivery or I'll pick up locally. I live in a nice neighborhood, but work odd hours. It's frustrating to not have delivery information.
