Received my UGG Boots I irdered for my daughter. They were not packaged in an original UGG box, we're not wrapped in tissue paper and had cat hair underneath the sticker on the bottom of the boot's soul. Made me feel like I paid full price for a pair of used UGG boots. Had I known these boots would be delivered in this fashion I would not have purchased from IslandSurf.com. Very disappointed!

I've purchased quite a few pairs of sandals from IslandSurf. The last pair that I purchased were too small, so i needed to exchange the pair for another of the same sandal, just a different size. Unfortunately, IslandSurf doesn't have an exchange policy - I had to purchase the correct sandals (now I've purchased two pairs), then send the other pair back (hoping to get a refund in a timely manner). Just ended up being more of a hassle than it should have been, in my opinion.

Site was really good, the only thing is the shoes ran a bit big. However, it is a comfy shoe.

I placed an order with island surf and chat with a representative she was knowledgable and very helpful I will definitely order from this company again.
