My opinion is not so much about the product. It is the fact that USPS had my package in my town and Didi not deliver it, but instead sent my package to two other the Cities, and it still has not arrived. Please consider using other shipping options to make sure your product gets to its customers in a timely Manner without being tossed around being lost. I am beginning to wonder if people in Alabama know how to read a shipping label.

I ordered a pair of Men's Rainbow Sandals Premier Leather Double Stack in Black. Islandsurf was out if that color and cancelled the order. A week later I re-ordered the sandals and the order was accepted but again reject by islandsurf. I finally took a pair of sandals in a different color. Next time Amazon

Island surf was good for the first purchase. Was fast delivery and a great deal. However, the second purchase was cancelled because their computer system was not up to date. Was upset about that.

I was very disappointed when I bought a pair of vibrams on sale for $40 (more or less). Talk about a sale! But a couple days later I get an email saying my shoes are out of stock. Which is fine...it happens. But usually, a company will just put your order on "back order." Well not these people. They refunded my money and just said "oh, sorry" but here's 10% your next purchase....thanks but uhhh no thanks. I will not be shopping with IslandSurf anytime soon. 😕

Tried to return shoes that didn't fit well. When I asked what the procedure was to do that, I was told the shoes had to be essentially un-worn. Well, I obviously had to wear them around a bit to make sure that it wasn't just a "new show" feel. So, I couldn't return the shoes.

Received my UGG Boots I irdered for my daughter. They were not packaged in an original UGG box, we're not wrapped in tissue paper and had cat hair underneath the sticker on the bottom of the boot's soul. Made me feel like I paid full price for a pair of used UGG boots. Had I known these boots would be delivered in this fashion I would not have purchased from IslandSurf.com. Very disappointed!

I ordered a bag on Friday, and received 1-2day shipping for free, however, my bag has yet to come 5 days later

Ordered rainbows in narrow band size large and received them in wide band size medium. Looked like the entire package was labeled wrong. Kind of a huge dissapointment because I Happily ordered from Island Surf because of the 2 day free shipping and as looking forward to having the flip flops for an event I had over the weekend but since they were the wrong shoes, I have to wait for the replacement pair. On plus side, customer service was helpful and in the end, I'll get what I wanted. Just a big inconvenience.
