Received the wrong item and they issued a 20% credit immediately. I returned the item and ordered the same bag in a different pattern (original was no longer in stock) and they refunded the shipping cost. Both items (wrong and right) were delivered within 48 hours; and credits were issued to my credit card within the same time frame.

Everything about IslandSurf was good if i had a question they answered it, I live in Hawaii and it took them 3-4 days to get a pair of slippers shipped to me. So the order went in and then they waited 4 days till they actually put them in the mail. other than that it was good. Just kinda slow on shipping stuff.
