Great Customer Service
I had purchased Rainbow sandals for my niece. There was a problem with the delivery, sandals returned to Island Surf. I emailed Island Surf and they replied quickly and provided free two day shipping so my niece could have her sandals before leaving for college. When they received the original order, I was promptly refunded. Excellent customer service!

crap customer service
I ordered some sandals, payment went thru. A few days later, I get a random email saying they don't have the sandals and sending me a 10 percent off coupon, then sending my payment back. If you don't have the sandals, don't sell them in the first place!

I had never heard of the company, but was searching for shoes they carried. I was offered free express shipping, shoes were on sale, and now I have a new place to shop! Win, Win!

We haven't received our slippers
We still haven't received our order. We received a tracking number and when I input it info USPS it just says that they were notified that a package is coming that they will ship??? I have messages the company with no response. Of course they were paid for the minute I placed the order on Sept 1

Ugh sneakers
Item was priced similar to other sites but with better reviews. I've been wanting these sneakers for a while and they no longer sell them at local retailers. They were exactly like the picture and came fast with upgraded free 2-3 day delivery! Happy customer
