The scooter arrived on time. It was ready to go quickly. I and my two boys really enjoy riding it. It’s great looking, because of the heat we only ride at night and it’s lighting is very good and it has a loud horn. The only improvement I would suggest is that the instruction manual should explain the mode controls a little more clearly so it’s easier to understand. The scooter itself is excellent. The manual needs a little more clarity. I had to write customer service about a question and they answered quickly and accurately.

Didn’t like snippy staff saying we already told me something that I didn’t know they had responded and lack of good shocks for suspension, models with seat attachments and scooters with more power and speed. But they are helpful in fixing the problems that do happen even though it cost me $40 in shipping so I will say let’s do better. But not bad

Beware!!! We bought an electric scooter for my son and unfortunately he was in an accident shortly after the purchase. A local repair shop needed us to get a replacement part so we contacted the company. It took over a month of back and forth emails and calls to eventually be told they could not get me a part-which in and of itself is a red flag. In the end, they offered to sell me a manufacturer refurbished scooter for $100. In less than a week, the scooter was unsafe to ride. There were significant problems with the steering component and a pin that holds the stick upright and is used to collapse it fell out. It has been over a week of back and forth emails and the very best the company will do is send me a replacement pin, compensate me $20, and suggest use glue or pay for it to be fixed at a local repair shop to fix the problem with the steering component. Please reconsider a purchase from this company unless you want problems and headaches and to ultimately be out a great deal of money and time!!!!

I love this Scooter it is lightweight and easy to store and maintain ...battery life is a lot longer than my last and it's faster...Having a blast !

Definitiv - Finger weg!!

I have the ebike tired to reach out yo them but no help the bike is cool when it rides problem is after about 30 to 45 minutes I lost of power I have seen different error codes from e06 to e07 to e10

Isinwheel S9Max my first and only electric scooter I have ever purchased. But it doesn’t cease to AMAZE me with it’s speed, power, battery life, and durability because it’s almost fully water resistant to water proof! Great for any Urban Commuter that likes great affordability and quality!

Be very cautious about buying any scooter from this company I purchased the X1 800W off road scooter within 3 months was loaded with problems, after many weeks of emails and communications by phone, I requested the X3 scooter within 5 month the scooter caught fire and is beyond repair, now they are refusing a refund, please be aware the prices are low and attractive a reason
