Experience has been great so far. And has worked well for my daughter and her boyfriend have enjoyed it for getting around town and to classes.

S9-Pro is the First electric scooter I have ever owned. My impression is below: affordable($240), great quality, and the nice iPhone App. Love it!!!

The Support team was very responsive. They offered possible solutions and acted promptly. At the end the battery needed to be replaced as it was faulty.

Purchased for my 14-year old son as a gift, he loves the scooter. He says it rides very smoothly. I will look into other items.

Works fine, I just wish that it would go fast enough to work on Grass because that is what we bought it for. You have to take the battery off every time you want to charge it and it’s too hard for kids to do so it’s annoying. We got two bikes. Some parts are already falling off and we’re going to have to take one into the bike shop to get fixed and we’ve only had them for 2 weeks. So if I were you I would just spend a little more money and buy something more quality.

Purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter, opened on Christmas Day and it was a dud. Lights wouldn’t work nothing, I contacted the company, talked with them over a few email and they sent a replacement scooter right away and it works better than ever. I’m very pleased with the customer service as well as the product.
