The application was approved very quickly (good). Funding the account has proven to be a painful process (at least in my case). The ACH built into the platform worked once and then hasn't worked since. My normal bank is TD Banknorth and when I tried setting up a transfer to the Ironbeam account it errored out saying that transfers to that routing number and account were suspended. I have had to transfer money from my main account over to my BoA account to fund my ironbeam account. Even from the BoA account the ACH did not work and I had to do a wire (which costs money I wouldn't think I would have to spend). Trading support has been lackluster. My first enquiry never got answered at all, my second got answered with a link to the 20 minute tutorial which doesn't cover my question.

Ironbeam support is so slow. Funds cleared around 3 days ago and i'm still waiting for my connection details to my platform of choice.

Ironbeam's Customer support is amazing. I would highly recommend. I was assinged to Raymond and He was awesome and very easy to get ahold of. I was very impressed coming from a different brokerage whose customer support was horrible.
