I trade on my phone and I have to say their app is not user friendly at all. Theres too much going on in the app and it can be pretty confusing. Just need to make mobile trading more easier instead of trying to add too much

Exceptional API Integration and Support
Ironbeam is the best broker for futures trading in my experience. I’ve tested many brokers, including well-known names like Interactive Brokers and Ninjatrader, but none have impressed me as much as Ironbeam. The seamless integration of trading signals from external applications via API is particularly noteworthy – perfect for those working with Python. The customer support is also outstanding, especially Mike, who is always quick and knowledgeable. For me, Ironbeam is the top choice for futures trading. Well-deserved 5 stars!

Horrible Customer Service
Had a platform issue overnight where positions wouldn't close. Called and spoke to a guy named John I believe, during overnight hours of August 19 between 4:45am-6am. Absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with during a customer service interaction. Asked to have him close out a position because they're still having problems with their TV integration, and it wouldn't close on it's own. He told me do it myself. Not the first time interacting with this guy when calling for support. You'll often get him on the phone before 8am if you call for support. No place for a guy this constantly toxic to customers

Happy to leave Ironbeam a good review. Futures trading can be confusing and complicated. I appreciate that Ironbeam simplified the brokerage experiencing by delivering a free platform, free L2 data and no connection or routing fees like everyone else charges. I have had positive experiences calling support and my broker for assistance and remain a happy customer.

Lightweight and quick platform. Good futures broker.
Lightweight and quick platform. Margins are good and I appreciate that I can be on the phone with a human very quickly when needed. Was also very easy to set up an account internationally (frenchie here).

Great broker, fantastic platform
