The watch you received is under guarantee from the makers Rovada and they would be best placed to assist you with this, however we at IrishShop.com will be happy to do anything we can to help you with this. Your item was shipped with the free standard shipping service that you selected, which states a shipping time of approx. 10-14 working days from Ireland. Your item was delivered on the 16th working day, after a 5 day delay at the international sorting center in NY. Unfortunately that was a matter over which we have no control and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Our express shipping policy Express Delivery is approximately 2-4 business days from date of the order unless otherwise stated on the product page. http://www.irishshop.com/shipping.html This item was made a priority order & shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed and delivered 5 working days later, within the time scale specified on the product page. We are sorry that this item could not be delivered to you sooner and were unaware that you needed this by a particular date, as there were no special instructions noted on the order. Annette, thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that the items and service were as expected, however it is disappointing that the box arrived damaged. We will certainly take on board your suggestion regarding packaging, however this was sent in a presentation box, bubble wrapped and in a padded parcel so it must have had something extremely heavy dropped on it in transit to cause damage.
