I purchased the sterling silver Tree of Life earrings and they are just beautiful! They are exactly what I was looking for. The service from The Irish Shop is excellent! I received my earrings just a few days after ordering them. I have to wait longer when I order items from companies here in the US! I will continue to shop with The Irish Shop! Thank you for wonderful service and quality items.

Hi Louis, My name is David and I am the general manager here at IrishShop. I have been looking into this matter for you: Delivery of this package was attempted on August 1st according to USPS, and a notice was left for you as there was no authorized recipient available. This package was sent with a registered service, so a signature is required. You can call USPS to arrange delivery or collect from your local post office. We apologize if there was any problem with the tracking information, and for any difficulties that subsequently caused. We will send you another e-mail with your tracking information. With regard to the delivery time, the item that your ordered is personalized and it is stated on the product page that this item takes approx. 10-14 working days to be completed. It was shipped with the standard shipping service that you chose which we state takes approx. 10-14 working days for delivery as this product is made in and shipped from Ireland. We hope that this clarifies matters and that you will now receive your order quickly at a time that is convenient to you.

I wanted to obtain a specific model of Rovada watch for an anniversary gift for my husband; I was having a difficult time trying to find it in the US. David at the Irish Shop was very accommodating and it was clear from my interaction with him that good customer service was of utmost importance to him and The Irish Shop. David not only located the watch but was able to get it shipped to me in a timely manner -- it arrived at my home as we were eating breakfast on our anniversary date! Kudos to David and The Irish Shop for their courteous customer service! (PS - my husband loves the watch!)

Replaced a broke/cut Claddagh Friendship/Engagement ring with what I always wanted, a small, neat Wedding band. Even though I'm long since divorced and this ring has no relationship to that marriage, I've worn a Claddagh for about 35 years, and I wasn't comfortable without the ring. Despite the French last name, I am Irish - the fact that a Dublin suburb named Blanchard Town and my Grandfather's word for It stands, Like Maurice Walsh's "The Quiet Man", "Sean Thornton" Pittsburgh is where I grew up and live.

This is exactly what I was looking for, something to stand out because of the weave of the trinity knots but also makes people look closer at it to see that it's infinite in its weaving. It's beautiful and I would recommend the ring and the site to all my friends & family. Plus, receiving packages from Ireland is definitely cool :)

I bought a ring for my wife, she absolutely loved it! It was very reasonably priced and shipped to the U.S. swiftly.
