Terra, the shirt that you ordered was not 2 sizes too small. We sent the size that you ordered, but you had selected the incorrect size. The size ordered was again displayed when checking out and a conformation of your e-mail was sent immediately when you placed your order, confirming that you had ordered the size small and at no point before the order was shipped or delivered were we informed that this was incorrect. Any gap in communication would have been around the holidays, our offices were closed from Dec 24-28, but we were available by e-mail at any time and our offices were open again on Dec 29/30 and again from Jan 4th. You called us on Jan 7th, and we promptly sent return instructions. We did not charge for exchange, however as this was not our error the shipping & handling on the new size was required to be paid. Equally, if the error was on our part, we would have taken care of the shipping/handling costs. Your return was processed shortly after being received and instructions on how to complete the payment for shipping handling sent on Feb 2nd. This was not paid until Feb 9th. Once paid your new shirt was shipped promptly and delivered 3 days later on Feb 12th. We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience and we are continually working to reduce shipping costs, however the issue with the size was not our fault and we delivered the new size quickly and responded promptly to any communications received from you. Thank you for your feedback and we will take everything on board to try and improve our customers' experience in future.

Michael, as explained at the time of order and again in a personal phone call made to you last week to address these issues, the delivery time for the t-shirt is stated as 1-2 weeks. The delivery time for the personalized item is 2-4 weeks. All times were quoted on the product page at the time of order. As you aware, the New Year holiday also fell within this time period. Your orders were placed on Dec 29th. These orders were processed for delivery as quickly as possible and expected to be delivered within the quoted times. Yes, there was an error made the mailing of one item, which we addressed right away and as explained to you, when we spoke twice with you on Thursday as soon you had made us aware of this issue, we had another item shipped to the intended recipient at no cost to you, so you would not have to be out of pocket. We try to meet and exceed our customers expectations, but when we add an expected delivery time to the product details, that is based on experience of the processing and shipping time for that product. If a customer needs an item by a particular date, we are happy to try and work with our customer and shipping partners to make that happen, but can only do so when informed of this at the time of order.

As explained in that e-mail, if you, or the intended gift recipient wish you may contact us for a return authorization and we we will be happy to assist you further. Hi Monty, as stated on the promo banners and at the checkout when you placed your order, Christmas delivery was only guaranteed for Christmas with our $12 express shipping offer. Your chose our free shipping offer, which states 10-14 working days for delivery. Your order was shipped from Ireland promptly, as we know that many items are intended as holiday gifts and forwarded with USPS 2 day priority mail for faster delivery than usual so nevertheless should have reached you in time for the holidays, but it looks like this package was delayed en route to KS. Connemara marble by its nature varies from piece to piece, this is part of its charm for many customers that each item is unique. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience and will take your comments on board to see how we might better communicate shipping times and product information to our customers. Hi Vincent, We provide a drop down menu to select the ring size required when placing your order. You selected size 4 when ordering the Sterling Silver Birthstone Claddagh ring. As the other ring is a stretch ring there are no sizes, this ring expands to fit your finger. We would always work from the information selected by the customer. A confirmation of your order was e-mailed to you within minutes of placing your order and no clarification explaining that the wrong ring size was on the order confirmation was indicated to us. I have spoken with the person who packed your order, while they did see your note, they believed you were asking to apply a size to the ring which does not a have drop down menu and did not notice the discrepancy between the size ordered on the sterling silver ring and the size noted on your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of your order before completing your purchase. We do provide both e-mail and telephone contacts on our website so that you could also have informed customer service of this before this order shipped. As we only received an e-mail regarding the error with the ring size after your order was shipped. We responded immediately and offered solutions to resolve this, including one to resolve this matter in time for Christmas. We look forward to getting this issue resolved for you as soon as possible.
