IrishShop.com was a pleasure to work with. The Irish blessing plaque I ordered as a gift came with an incorrect personalization. When I brought it to their attention, David in customer service worked to get a replacement made, and I received it in two weeks. The plaque is beautiful and is piece of quality work. I will be shopping on IrishShop.com for future gifts.

I can't say enough for the help that I received. David was so helpful and caring for the item that I was searching for, he really came through. I received the item and sent to a person who means a lot to me and she was so happy that she cried. It meant so much since her and her husband had visited Ireland and I had purchased it before and can't believe that you actually one left. He went above and beyond to satisfy a customer (me) and he is a asset to your company. I love the marble items, have quite a few of them and hopefully will purchase more in the future. Thanks again.

I ordered an Irish Soda Bread dish. When I got it, it was very pretty, but made in China. Disappointing.

We source all our products from Irish and U.S. suppliers, and always try to stock products made in those countries where possible. In the case of the soda bread dish, production of this has been outsourced to China and because this design is unique and so popular continue to stock this item as there is no Irish equivalent available and our customers love the design and quality. My experience with The Irish Shop was excellent. There was a glitch on my order and David quickly responded and my problem was solved. The product is excellent quality but the customer service was exceptional. I have never had such a positive experience with a company especially when there is a problem.
