As per our telephone conversations, we have worked with you at every stage to assist you with this matter. Your order was placed on 11/30 and delivered on December 5th. This was within the 10 working day shipping time quoted so was NOT late. 1 item out of 4 (Guinness Football Shirt) was the incorrect size and we agreed to correct this for you at our expense. You then contacted us to tell us you needed to return all the items because of a family tragedy. We sympathized and arranged for these to be shipped back to us and refunded in full at our expense. You were refunded in full for the merchandise returned and had your return shipping paid for as per our telephone conversations. We again offer our sympathies for your family's loss, but cannot allow the distorted picture you paint to go uncorrected.

Karen, you DID NOT wait 5 weeks. Your order was placed on March 12th and delivered on April 7th, this is within the delivery time promised on the product page. This product page states to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The item description clearly states that is personalized in America. This item is made from heavy stoneware. It goes through a thorough process to ensure that the personalization endures. This is a high quality product and takes time to be made, but again this is clearly indicated in the product description.

Lynne, it was clearly stated at the time of order that with the shipping service you chose that delivery would be approx. 10-14 working days. You placed your order on March 9th and it was delivered on March 17th nevertheless, so delivered both within the quoted time-frame and by St. Patrick's Day. A faster shipping option was available if you required the t-shirt sooner, but you did not choose this option.
