I bought this item from Amazon 3 years ago. I followed instructions and was prepared for the initial hair loss they warned about. But as 6 months (the length of time after which you could not return it) went on, I was still losing hair and not seeing any new growth. I decided to return the item. There wasn’t too much difficulty except they offered some free items and suggested I continue using it for another six months. I declined and they refunded my money. The reason I’m posting today is because I still see the item being sold on Amazon, but all the cautionary reviews including mine, are gone. I was so desperate to have improved hair, I think wishful thinking got in the way of my better judgement. I’m pleased the company honored their refund policy. I commended them for that. But I think universally positive reviews are not reliable. Some commented positively on the packaging, the swift delivery, “it’s great” and so on, but few went in depth about their results. Perhaps it does work well for some people, but in my case it did not.
