The year long money back guarantee is a scam. There is fine print that if you want to return it before a year, they charge 18% restock fee. In my case, trying it one time for one minute made my head uncomfortably hot. Their site says the product is non-heating. They made about $171 for me having it one day and trying it for one minute. Customer service also told me “Please note that we don't have anywhere on the website that says that you can get a full refund if the device is defective.”

Customer service not good with this small company. Won’t help me with package I did not get and would not give me replacement. They expect me to claim through carrier. LOL .

Super excited to try product and really hopeful it will help with hair loss. Not so excited to learn that 12 month money back guarantee states in fine print a charge of 18% of cost to return which equates to $100 or more, so not really like a money back guarantee, no other product I’ve used in beauty and healthcare charges that much for product return…if company truly stands behind high percentage of positive results/satisfied customers

Just received today, so I haven’t used it yet. Shipping was faster than quoted, packaging was excellent. Excited to try this out.
