It's working, kinda?
It's working, kinda? I gave the iRestore a chance after seeing an advertisement that I initially pooh pooh'ed away. But curiosity got the best of me because hair, right? and so I did a bit of research and saw that low level laser therapy actually works- IF you are losing hair for the "right" reasons. Honestly I had no idea if that was *me* but I said what the heck since there was a guarantee. I called the iRestore line and the person on the phone told me they have a 6 month guarantee, but a restock fee. Ok fine whatever, I suppose that's the price to pay for trying to get my darn hair back. Anyhow I got the thing in the mail after a large holiday discount and was excited to try. I read all the instructions, watched the YT videos and some influencers to see how it worked. Its really quite simple- just 3 times a week, 30 minutes. I may have gone overboard and done it 5 times hee hee because I am just so impatient and wanted RESULTS. First month, I saw little baby hairs but its hard to tell because I have blonde hair and its fine. By the second month though it seems there was many little frizzes coming out which was exciting. Today is month four and theres bits of frizz everywhere. I mean I guess I was hoping for the commercial level of LUXE hair to be flowing out, but I have to come down to reality that I'm not getting my teen hair back, but I'm also not going to look like a 60 year old grandma LOL anymore!! Maybe I'll hold out hope that in 12 months it will be much fuller though? Would I buy again? I would, but I think I wouldn't put so much hope into it being a magic cure. More like tylenol for a headache if that makes sense. Some people it cures, other people it doesn't, some people can just live with it. I'm the living with it lady!
