I have just started using the IRestore Helmet. I am excited to start this journey for the restoration of the hair that I've lost.

I have just tried this once, so do not know the results yet, this review is about my first experience. If you are not big on high tech stuff, - you will be relieved, this is so easy to use, it took me seconds to put on, and was completely intuitive, not necessary to read the manual or anything, its fool proof and safe. I recommend this even to an older generation who could feel overwhelmed with a lot of technology.

I just want to say how disappointed I am in the company. We purchased their Essential helmet and were really looking forward to starting treatment. Thankfully, we paid using Affirm (spread out payments starting one month after purchase). We never got the shipment notification from them, and only received a delivery notification. We did not receive the package. We have been contacting them since 12/3/22 and they have been ZERO help (and rude on top of that), throwing the responsibility to UPS who also refused to do anything about the matter. We asked them how it makes sense that there was no signature required for the delivery, considering their products are well over $500-700. They claimed that they pay UPS to get a signature. UPS denied this. We started 3 different. UPS investigations and were told by UPS that not once did iRestore contact them back. They kept claiming that we received the package when it was very clear through investigation that the package was not with us (it kept saying attempting delivery, then returning to shipper in CA). They refused to help. I spoke to the manager, they refused to help. Both kept asking to file a police report and give us the claim number. We did, then when we called back they didn't even ask about the police report number. Absolutely clueless, rude people. Horrible company, god forbid anything goes wrong. Thankfully, we sent all of the evidence to Affirm who relieved us of the "loan" as we clearly did not receive the package. We have not been contacted by iRestore to this date, absolutely zero communication on their part. You'd think their customer service would be slightly better, nicer and more accommodating considering how pricy their products are. Nope, rude scam. I would never purchase from them again, which is a shame considering their products most likely work (from other reviews if those aren't fraud too). Wasted 1.5 months of my life to deal with this crap and made to feel like a liar.

Lightweight, comfortable, and simple to use. Very satisfied with this product.

This product was rated # 1 on Amazon rated products for hair loss laser treatments,shipping was delivered in 2 days….and the price was at a sale of a reasonable amount compared to others….still a little high priced but if it works then i will promote this worldwide! and I will help company to provide affordability to all persons!!!…this would be the ultimate company can do is to put smiles on customers!!!….all the best to all and I hope company will do follow ups in time to come…and I will voice 100% of my truth satisfied or unsatisfied in 5 months

I just received my hair growth system. Ordering, receiving, and first treatment went well. The company seems very professional.

Have been using just the helmet for 2-1/2 weeks now and hair looks healthier and breakage in showering and combing has dramatically lessen

I recently had hair transplant surgery, and my doctor recommended iRestore laser cap for additonal treatment to my transplant surgery. The iRestore products that I purchased arrived earlier than expected, and they kept me informed along the way. The package came with my iRestore cap and instructions for use. I was impressed that I could return it in a year, if I did not experience hair growth. Helpful and informative emails have come that help me to understand my hair loss and maximize my use of their products. I'm excited to use this product and will update in six months.
