Hello - Thank you for the feedback. We reference the union options within the product description, but I see how that can be missed. I've relayed your message to our Pureline product manager. We may need to include the unions with the pumps moving forward.

Hello - We are sorry to hear about your frustration. We were able to locate your orders and chat transcripts. You advised us on 5/31 that you had received a pump that had a cracked volute. We asked for images of the damaged pump and the box. With those images, we could have submitted the damage claim and reshipped a new pump. We provided you the email address to send the images. The images were never sent to us. You then reached out to us again on 6/7 because you were having issues logging into your account. You asked for a contact number and we provided that. We have no record of a call from the phone number on your account. We have no record through email or chat that a request was made to have us cover the cost of a volute. We would have shipped you one at no charge, had this request been made. We'll go ahead and issue a refund for the volute. The credit should show up in your account within 2-3 days. We always want to take care of the customer. If you'd like to speak with us about this issue, feel free to call us at 407-834-2200 and ask for a supervisor.
