Pureline PL7700 salt System not working properly upon receipt
We ordered the Pureline PL7700 salt system from INYO.com on April 26, 2026 Order number Inyo Pool Order Number: 1698645. Since it was installed the salt reading has been inconsistent from the start. I contacted Brittany at INYO Pools noting in the e-mail that the unit is not reading the salt correctly. It is never a consistent reading; sometimes 300-600ppm higher than the salt-3000 salt meter and ATC salt refractometer I’ve used for years to confirm the previous Hayward system. Brittany sent the following on May 15th: From: Brittany P. Inyo Pool Products These are the details requested… Thank you for contacting Inyo Pools. We're sorry to hear you are having issues with your salt system. Before we begin the warranty process, please provide us with the following information so that we may better diagnose the issue: The information was sent and in return Brittany opened Ticket #975204. When I tried initially to access the ticket there was a problem and I could not access the INYO.com response. Finally I was able to get into the site and Ticket #975204 was no longer listed. When I researched the INYO.com company I found that they were purchased by acquired by Aqua-Leisure Recreation on April 6, 2022. This is reflected by the negative reiews I found that started after the takeover of INYO Prools. Most negative reviews commented on how INYO Pools is not the same company that many had utilized for many years prior to the merger. Unusually I research all companies I purchase items from but in this case I did not. For that I take responsibility. I have four decades in technology support and installations for many companies listed in the top 500 on Wall Street ; along with K12 schools, police departments, attorneys, municipalities and residential customers. Never have I experienced this type of neglect. INYO Pools has not responded to numerous e-mails for resolution. They continue to Ignore, Neglect Your Order.com
