I’ve ordered columns, corbels, moldings, baseboards and a ceiling medallion. They all look great and are easy to install and paint. When a few baseboard pieces arrived with broken ends, they offered to replace them no questions asked. Luckily, I had enough to finish anyway. I only wish I had a bigger house!

Corbels were fair condition. Needed some sanding to blend in areas of unevenness. A little more on the expensive side but that is what the client & designer picked out so they were alright with pricing.

Good Morning, We strive to provide the best quality products. The nature of a hand-crafted product is such that there may be some variation in the finish of the product. Design professionals tend to love the imperfections of a hand made product as it makes each piece unique and infused with the essence of the creator. We are sorry about the inconvenience for the additional labor your incurred as a result of your deep desire to provide a more uniform look. We really appreciate your business. We look forward to helping you find the right products for your client or designer in the future. Please don't hesitate to contact our sales representative if you have any questions or need additional information. Customer Support

Excellent friendly custom service!!

The sconces look cheap and plastic. Tried to return them but we had to pay the return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. So now stuck with tacky looking sconces that we will never use.

Good Morning, InvitingHome personel work with tireless passion to provide outstanding quality products and customer service. So it is very disconcerting to us to receive feedback from anyone who feels they have received less than great product or care. Out of dozens of people who purchased this particular hand-cast solid brass sconce that we have been carrying for over 15 years, this is the only such complaint we have received. All products are carefully packed to ensure that the product is received in mint condition. In addition, our return policy is clearly stated on the website during the purchasing process. We hope you can come to understand that the 20% restocking fee is necessary as it takes time and labor to be certain all materials were received in the same condition that they were sent, then the product needs to be re-packed and placed back in our inventory. We did a thorough investigation into your claim, and found that we did offer you a full store credit as well. Josh (Customer Support Representative)

Your Representative that helped me on the phone was the nicest and most helpful person I had encountered in a long time. I don't know if all your agents are the same but if so I am impressed. I need the shipment sooner than you would normally would have shipped and she got it done for me. Thanks Gary McKnight Shurfine Cabinets and Woodworking Des Moines, Iowa

Got my sample quickly. Unfortunately the product I was interested in (crown molding) was not competitively priced, and only came in 6' lengths!.
