The coffee table is much beautiful than the photos at the website. The product was well packed for delivery. Extra delivery into the customer's home instead outside of the home will make the perfection completed. I am very impressive at the product. Thank you!

Albert of Inviting Home was very helpful in assisting me in finding crown molding profiles and samples. He was available to speak on a Sunday afternoon and had the selected crown molding samples to me in short order. When the profiles arrived there was a follow up call by Albert within a few days. He also encouraged me to look at the other Inviting Home offerings. Really fantastic service. I will gladly specify the products, and recommend to fellow colleagues and clients. I totally love the product. My only complaint was the cost of the shipping. When I googled the item I wanted, it pointed me to InvitingHome.com and stated free shipping. When I entered my order online, it showed a substantial shipping fee. I then called to speak with a representative and was told it was because of the size that it didn't qualify for free shipping. The item was $299 and the shipping was approximately $168. I was also told that it would come freight since it was too big for UPS. In the end, it did come UPS and took 4 business days to arrive. Once I saw how it was packaged and measured it, I went to the UPS website and plugged in the dimensions, weight and the from/to city/zip codes. The UPS website calculated a cost of $35.91 for the same package going ground. Shoppers beware on the shipping costs.

Hello J Duncan - were glad you loved the product. I'm not sure what happened. I did a review and could not find your order with our company. If you wish please call 781-249-0957 so we can review and resolve the situation. Sincerely: Albert Customer Care

Delivery was kinda slow for this “now” generation. Other than that 👍.

I’m very pleased with both the product and the service. The solitaire set was exactly as I expected, and it arrived quickly. Thank you.
