Product was excellent, packaging was great. Really wish it was clearer when the product would be delivered on ordering. Called customer support and they were very good giving an update.

Overall, I would rate my experience as positive. The biggest issue is that I had some extra product, but the cost to return it was as much as the cost of the product. So now I have a useless piece of molding that was not cheap, that I have no need of. I wish the return costs were similar to other companies.

Our experience with inviting home is mixed. Albert, the representative that helped us complete our order was competent and professional. He was a great help in getting the Newell posts ordered that we required. Upon our purchase on January 14, he advised that the posts would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. I made arrangements with my contractor to have them finished and installed expecting them to arrive on January 29. On January 29 when I contacted Invitinghome I was informed that the posts had not shipped because the warehouse had been extremely busy. Invitinghome did not contact me or advise of the delay, and this caused difficulties with the completion of our remodeling project. The posts arrived on February 4. When the Posts arrived they were very nice looking, but either had been put together sloppily at Invitinghome or were damaged in the shipping as two of them were separating at the joints. Fortunately my contractor is skilled and he repaired the damage and the posts are now ready to be finished. Before finishing my contractor had to sand the posts as they were not finish ready. All in all not a terrible experience, but it could have been better if Invitinghome had communicated the delay arrangements could have been made with our contractor.

Products were of excellent quality. Packaged and shipped carefully and delivered on time.
