I was forced to pay $20.00 more for shipping a lessor weight package. Not fair and it certainly cost you less to ship what I ordered probably.

We informed you that we have a 4 piece minimum on molding orders. You agreed to pay the $20 charge in lieu of purchasing the minimum required pieces of molding.

Great online experience; Online chat very helpful when checking on inventory prior to placing order. Corbels arrived ahead of schedule and are exactly what we needed. Thorough descriptions and measurements and pictures of product allowed us to choose confidently.

The larger piece had the tail of it broken off. I am not sure what the resolution is at this time. I can send you the picture if you want.

One of the pilasters was broken at the top when the package arrived. But I was able to glue the two pieces back on with superglue. Looks ok now. I am hoping the paint will cover the cracks.

Great service and product arrived earlier than expected. My only wish is that mounting hardware was included, but thats not a big deal because I'm loving my new mirror!
