VERY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY !! !!! I ordered a watch for my son from Invicta and days later they canceled my order and now there are none of these watches left. I ordered a watch for myself at the same time and it STILL IS PROCESSING !! !!!

Service was atrocious. Order 2 watches and the second to weeks took to be shipped. Communication was also on par with the bad logistics.... Thought it might be a glitch and ordered another watch.... took over a month just to have it ready for the courier to pick up. As much as I like their watches that was the last one I will buy from them. Bought the watch over a month ago and received the courier notification on the 24th Jan. Watch has not been received yet....

Please beware!!! I ordered from here 2 weeks ago and paid extra money for the express 2 day shipping and my order still just says “processing” no explanation, got 1 AI response when I messaged them about it. Simply a scam offering 2 day shipping knowing good and well they’re not going to honor it, nor give you a refund for the extra spent on shipping!! I’ve now heard from several other people in different forums and chats that they advertise and sell watches that they don't even have in stock simply to take people’s money and leave them waiting with no explanation for sometimes months at a time! Also spoke with several people who waited several weeks or longer on their orders just to have this company cancel their order out of the blue while offering no explanation. I’m just aggravated because I liked the brand and have several of their watches, but I will never buy anything else from them. And I would advise anyone else to steer clear as well.

I have made hundreds of online purchases and never been involved with a company like this. They do not answer phone or reply to email, zero customer service. If live long enough to have my order fulfilled, I have been so disrespected by Invicta, I no longer wish to own their watches, I will resell them on ebay or give them away.

Worst customer service. They wont refund on the orders that is not shipped. They have an expedite shipping option which they never use. All the orders takes almost or more than a month to deliver. Just eating lots of customers money.

I placed an order on Dec 15, 2025, a month later my order still has not shipped. Not one person can explain why or when my items would be shipped.

Their watches are awesome! My husband has a nice collection(25+) However, their customer service, communication and delivery has went down the drain......it's sad it shouldn't take over a month to ship a watch. This loyal customer will start purchasing elsewhere
