I would prefer not to go to another app…
I would prefer not to go to another app to check the status of my order. A quick tracking link would be sufficient. This is how it’s done with mostly all retailers. Keep it simple.

They take forever to mail out anything…
They take forever to mail out anything you order. I waited for months for an order, just to be told here's your money back plus $10 cause we cant fill your order anymore. Dont show watches you dont carry people arent able to buy!
