Easy to manage, how ever I usually use Affirm to purchase and I don't have that option anymore for some reason I could only use Klarna Other than that shipping takes a while and communication is slow

The buying process online was smooth and easy. The communication from Invicta after purchasing the product was also very good. Yes, it did take some time to process and ship the order but Invicta clearly sent emails to communicate the process and package was still getting worked on.

My second time buying from you, so far, so good.

I like the Bold forward designs Invicta produces. The watches are priced well and there are many choices of different styles. the shipping times could be much improved

Giving a review before I get my order is like reviewing food before you eat it. Ordering is ok. My last order resulted in a 1 star. I never received one of the items. You said it was coming, but it never did. I had to stop payment on credit card to get some action. You charged me, but never got it. Some stores don’t charge until it’s shipped. But, I still like some of your stuff. Low price for decent goods. Drastic price changes, often. Your MSRP’s are inflated so you have to be a smart shopper. Wish you would put more non watch items up for sale. I would shop you more. Keep up the hard work. I check you out a few days every week, it’s fun.
