I am still waiting for an order I…
I am still waiting for an order I placed on October 13, 2025. I contacted customer support to request a refund, but my request was denied under the claim that the order had already been prepared. As of today, January 27, 2026, I still have not received the products. This means it has been over three months without delivery or a valid explanation. A shipping delay of this length for a single order is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, combined with the refusal to issue a refund, raises serious concerns about this company’s business practices. I am formally requesting either immediate delivery with tracking information or a full refund.
