I ordered a watch and was told at the check out screen and on the confirmation email, it would ship in 1-5 days. 2 weeks later, it still has not shipped so I contact support, who tells me they cannot say when it will be shipped and cannot tell me if I will ever receive my order. I ask for a cancellation, to which they reply no. I give them one more full week to cancel or ship, and tell them I will be forced to file a chargeback if they intend to keep my money in limbo. They respond telling me to go ahead and file a chargeback, which I did today. This company has to be either a complete scam or so incompetent they do not care about making a profit

Habe am 09/10/26 eine Uhr gekauft (Modell 51322), für CHF 531.00 (nur wenige verfügbar!!!!!). Eine Woche später konnte man die genau gleiche Uhr im Shop für CHF 150.00 !!!!! kaufen! Auf meine Anfrage hin kam vom Kundendienst eine nichtssagende Antwort (das sei einfach so...). was ist das für eine Preispolitik????

I purchased a significant number of watches over the few years for myself and kids as well as gifts for family members and I am very satisfied. They are affordable and have an endless amount of different styles. They may not last long like a rolex but if you like to accessorise different colors and styles with your everyday wear I would highly recommend purchasing one or two. Also, going through apps like Whatnot in which Invicta has several onsite stores where you can bid on brand new watches and control how much your willing to spend is highly suggested. I have not ever had a watch from there in which I wasn't satisfied. In today's economy not everyone is willing to spend the price of rent for a year on one watch when you can buy a few from Invicta at an affordable price. I'm a humble girl who doesn't care about name brands but more about looking neat and out together. I don't need high end to achieve this goal. This is just my opinion everyone is different.

False advertising

Items I chose say ships immediately. 12 days later received 2 of 5 watches. One of the 2 watches #50852 was not at all like the images on their website. Seeing no eta on last 3 watches on one not as pictured, I asked to cancel entire order and asked for return label which was provided. subsequently 2 more were shipped, and again I asked for return label and were returned. last watch was canceled. 3 months later still getting run around for refund. excuse after excuse. Have has to file fraud with my bank

This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I read the reviews beforehand, but I thought people might be exaggerating because, sometimes, reviews can be overly negative. Unfortunately, I decided to give the brand a chance because I wanted to buy a few watches as gifts. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating. It took days just to process the order, and once you place it, there’s apparently no way to cancel it—even if it hasn’t even shipped yet. It’s now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received my full order. Part of it has finally shipped, but one of the items hasn’t even been processed yet. Honestly, I DO NOT recommend ordering from this brand online. Do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointment and frustration.

Ordered a TWIN AXIS watch on 6/9/26 never received item. Customer service keeps saying they are process ing a refund but money is not released yet .They bombard you with sale notifications but don't have the items in stock.

We see it all the time.. a strong reputable company suddenly starts operating like what looks like a scam to me. My order was labeled as In Stock and hasn't been delivered after nearly 6 months. Now they are giving me the run around as I request a refund. I own and have purchased many Invicta watches. I will never purchase another and will get rid of the ones I own. I am completely turned off.
