Purchased 4 pieces that were supposed to ship within 5 business days, its been a week. I reached out by email to their help center AND on social media and received no response. I recieve an email basically saying they're backed up and I'll get my order when I get it. That is unacceptable They wouldnt let me cancel the order because its in the shipping stage but they just dont know when it'll ship. I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I bought a very nice watch for my husband. I always buy watches from there. So he have so many. When he finally looked at the watch cause he wanted to wear it. The watch didn't even work. So he took it to a invicta store still in the box new. It have never been worn before. They said it might have been the battery. Note that the sales person stated that it was a very nice watch! She changed the battery. It still did not work. She then stated that she will have to ship it out to be fixed and that they have to charge me for fixing it. Remember a new watch that have never been worn before. I will never in life purchase another watch from invicta. I have given them to much money to be charged for a watch that he never wore. I even called customer service the same thing. You can clearly see the watch never been worn. All the watches I have bought in the past. You will think they will give me a one time free courtesy. So people please check your watches very well if you have brought any. I will make sure my friends, family members, and co- worker never purchase anything from them.

The watches are a great value. My issue is that I bought a watch. It didn’t work. And instead of simply sending a replacement and me sending the broken one back. They forced me to refund the watch and buy a new one. I bought a new one in advance of the refund so I wouldn’t miss the sale price. I’m still waiting for a refund after 14 days of them receiving it. And they said they won’t refund back to my card only store credit. The website clearly states that you can refund back to original form of payment. Be weary before spending too much

I placed order #2001074247 with Invicta Stores on September 14, 2026. As of October 8, my order still has not been shipped, and I have not received any tracking information. I have contacted customer service several times asking for a clear update. For a long time, I received only generic responses about high demand, processing delays, and the order being in a queue. Eventually, customer service confirmed in writing that the items are in stock. However, despite this confirmation, my order still has not moved to the shipping stage, and no specific shipping date has been provided. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want Invicta Stores to fulfill the order I have already paid for and provide a valid tracking number. The most disappointing part has been the lack of a concrete answer. Repeated template responses do not resolve the issue. I hope Invicta Stores will finally review my order properly and ship it without further delay.Update: Unfortunately, the situation has become even more concerning. Invicta told me that my order had shipped and later stated that it had “left our facility with the carrier.” However, DHL has now confirmed directly that the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL and that only the shipping label has been generated. I asked Invicta several times to clarify this contradiction and to provide the exact date when the package was physically handed over to DHL. Instead of answering that question, I received another generic response about possible tracking delays. At this point, the issue is no longer simply a delay. The information provided by Invicta does not match the information provided by DHL, and customer service continues to avoid giving a direct answer. I am still waiting for a clear explanation and for my paid order to be physically handed over to the carrier.

Never , never ever buy anything here, I bougth some watches weeks ago, never received them and no refunds. Do not buy here.

I placed an order 12 days ago. The promised delivery time of 10 days was not met. Customer service keeps putting me off with vague assurances, yet no current delivery status is provided. The service leaves much to be desired.

I don't know what recently happened to this company but, invicta is ass now. Costumer service is terrible, shipping and wait times is absolutely horrendous and let's not forget they don't offer refunds. They want to give you a gift card no cash value only you can spend it back with them. How does that make any dam since? When I say I will never shop with them again I mean it. If you read this I advise you not to spend your money with this company you will be disappointed and will have to call your bank to dispute charges. (Fraud)

Order my watch which stated as ‘in stock’ paid £11 delivery and I’ve still not received it. It’s over 1 month now with repeated replies of “too many orders” “we outsourced our orders and they are inundated with work” to “we are looking into this” etc etc and still nothing. Totally useless especially after professional divers have rated their divers watches as excellent. So disappointed with this company, I’m thinking I’ve been scammed but reading these reviews it looks like common practice.
