Once you place an order, and it's very late Customer Service can provide zero status and cnan not cancel and really doesn't care, simply said return when you get it.

Terrible do not order your watch here better go into a store I paid for next day shipping im in week 2 and no watches yet and customer support sucks they can't tell you jack save yourself the head ache and don't buy here I like invicta watches but terrible ordering online don't do it.

What a joke of a company, AVOID at all costs. Ordered a month ago and item hasn't even been dispatched even still. no one answers you all you get is AI replies that just annoy you. All of this and yet they keep selling the crap on other platforms and fill them orders.. save your money and get a named watch with the customer service that matches.

Ordered myself a birthday present watch May 18th 3 months and 5 calls to customer service later nothing has arrived. "Were waiting on the shipment department" They have always been slow to ship but this is extremely disappointing. I probably won't risk future orders.

They sent me a men's necklace that barely fit around my neck and I have a small neck. Their G-Shock looking watches are cheap plastic Chinese knockoffs and the knob that you would normally turn twisted right off and was only connected by a thin piece of plastic. The charge $10 for returns and it just isn't worth it at this point.

The Invicta products are good. They just can't deliver them to you. The order process - smooth. The taking my money from my account - smooth. The getting my order to my door - evidently, near impossible. Their logistics department is pathetic. Get your Invicta watch from anybody but Invicta in Ft Lauderdale.

Charged me the day I ordered more than one month ago but never shipped watch. Agreed to cancel order and issue refund 3 weeks later but never did. Taking legal action.
