For my first order
For my first order, they sent tracking information that shows arrival on the 15th. I start looking for the package and trying to figure out where it is, turns out they generate tracking up to 5 days prior then ship out on the 15th. This causes inaccurate tracking and confusion for the customer. What they do is pack the order and throw it in a pile and ship them all on the 15th to make it easier for them. Not a good first impression.

Sir, We operate on a gross profit margin of less than 10%. This is nearly an impossible feat, made possibly only by extreme efficiency. As for the confusion we are sorry, but I would like to shed some light as to why. As mentioned, in regard to efficiency, we print labels up to 10 days prior to our ship out date. This is because we first pre-pack, sort the labels and then work in an assembly line type manner. After a/b split testing various fulfillment methods, we have proven via data that this is the quickest most efficient way to do things. Everything here is meticulously tested and done for a reason. Please forgive the miscommunication on this matter, we will update the FAQ page to more clearly and concisely explain the small intricacies of our business model.
