I signed up for Investor Crate on the advice given to me by my son. I am very pleased with the gold and silver coins I have been receiving. During the Holidays I decided to suspend my membership for a few months. I couldn't figure out how to do this so I sent a message to Investor Crate. Within 24 hours I had a response and my subscription was suspended. Communication was great. I plan to rejoin in a few months.

The customer service provided by the Investor Crate group has been superb. Tie that into the value that is provided by their products and you have one of the best organizations that this particular business line has to offer! I’ve been a customer for nearly a year and I plan to continue to be— referring them to many family members and friends in an effort to help them reach their goals. After several successful subscription shipments (albeit smaller and smaller pieces of gold) this last shipment had no gold. I noticed the sides of the boxes were not sealed and that little ziplock bag they use to hold the gold could easily have slipped out. Anyhow i submitted a support ticket asking to be made whole otherwise I’d have to contact PayPal. Then received an email saying that I either didn’t search my box good enough or I got robbed by usps. While they did refund my money but their first instinct is to blame the customer for not searching the box well enough? Also they immediately cancelled my account following this interaction since I “threatened to erroneously report them to payment processing company”. I may have used a threatening verbiage, but it is true if they don’t get back to me I’d have to contact PayPal. The gold being stolen in transit is possible, but the way they ship precious metal is a little less secure than desired.

Received my first box, paid $350. Total spot value (they provide pricing at the time of boxing) was $277.58. I understand there is always a premium, but 72.50 seems a bit excessive. EDIT changing my review to 4* their premiums are competitive compared to most other top selling websites.

I am a new investor to metals. I was very skeptical as I first saw you on Facebook. I did do some research and found enough to get started. I love getting the box each month. I am still figuring out how to get on the fire sale and add on’s and the staff is very patient with me. I also measure value against other sites, and IC always measure up. I am several months into my first year and plan to continue.

My first crate contained about a 10% value to dollar increase! Happy with the mystery of it and love precious metal as a whole!
