Been a customer for months now and I'm impressed with the service so much that I canceled my subscription with another company and went with a bigger subscription with investor crate I also love that the company is owned by true Patriots that served our country Also, I understand it's a company and it needs to make money but it seems that they give you the most bang for your buck every month in your subscription... I'm pleased with I.C and look forward to doing more business And thanks for your service

I signed up for the monthly subscription early Jan 2025 I received my first crate mid Feb 2025, it was nice I liked the items received. Mid Feb 2025, I purchased gold at the "Add On" sale, to be delivered along with my March Crate. March 1, I was not charged the monthly crate subscription, I emailed this company. I received an apology, I was givin the option to receive the "Add On" mid April along with April Crate OR be charged for my March 2025 Crate and receive both mid March. I chose the later. I received the March Crate and NO "Add On". I emailed, I received an apology and that the "Add On" would be placed in the mail the next day(Friday). Nothing was sent. I emailed, I received an apology, and the "Add On" would be mailed "sometime this week". I requested a refund of the "Add On" and to cancel future subscriptions. Not sure where the issues lay but treatment of customers is substandard.

Outstanding company. Solid service. I continue to recommended IC to anyone interested in stacking. I urge the 1 star reviews to stick to corn dogs and finger blasting their mommy's ketchup covered tablet. This isn't amazon or your private concierge. This is a grassroots company that actually cares about quality and with a little patience, you will save money while supporting an American / veteran owned company. I am currently experiencing the same delay that has obviously derailed Spike's fragile existence and IC's reply was prompt and informative.

This company is a joke They have closed off all communications except for email and they don’t answer that unless you bombard them I paid for my crate got a message it was mailed out on the 12th today is the 22nd with no movement and no answers from them

Customer service is responsive and genuine, not an AI, which I seriously appreciate. Can't wait to do more business with them.
