I had the $150 gold crate and the $50 goldback crate. The first shipment i received one 1/100th oz of gokd round and 3 goldbacks. The 3 goldbacks were worth $7 and the round $55. This company crates are a ripoff. I had them for 3 months to see if anything would change and it didnt. I canceled goldbacks after the 2nd month and after the 3rd month canceled everything. My last shipment they sent me two 1/2 gram rounds and a silver piece. Make that make sense. Folks are better off using Apmex and JM Bullion

I bought a starter silver pack from…
I bought a starter silver pack from them to try them out. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I think these guys are a scam! I get their are buyers premiums everyone charges them but, they must have super high buyers premiums because, what I got was a disgrace. Silver with finger prints on them. Plus it takes them forever to ship, what do they not have the product when you put in an order? Investors Create in my opinion is alot of there own hype, your not getting anything for a fair deal from them. They have some good ideas but, you over pay for bullion or for that matter for anything you buy from them!
I would tell everyone to buy from somewhere else like SD Bullion heck at least they have sales where you can get silver, gold bullion at spot or sometimes under spot. Even as I look today at sd bullion 90% is 1.50 under spot, 1 ounce rounds 2.99 over spot.
Bottom line don't waste your time with investors create the margins over spot kill you in the future for a poor showing of silver bullion! You Will Be Disappointed!

Buyer Beware!!
Buyer Beware! I like the concept, however it's very very blurry when your subscription order actually comes. They indicated initially via correspondence that they lock your spot price in near the beginning of the month-coincided with your subscription charge. However this is not accurate. They give you a slip in your box that not only doesn't indicate what's in it- but also doesn't indicate when your specific spot price was locked in. When asking them why the box seemed 40-$60 short of value on a $200/ month level subscription, they said it was because they made a bulk order when the spot was substantially higher during the 3rd week of the previous month. I get it- they need to make $ and that's called a premium- but getting to a larger premium should not come from stating the order was made during a higher spot time frame to accommodate.
Message sent that reflects from IC that communicates when they purchase their wholesale bulk buy. “ Typically the beginning of the month”
“ We base our prices and premiums on the time our trade desk puts in the whole sale order typically around the first of the month. When people purchase after the cut off, we automatically base it off of the next subscription sku since the fulfillment for the previous month was already done. Purchasing BEFORE that 5th cut off locks in the price for the current month's sku/price.
Thank you,

Incorrect.
We "lock in spot" when we place the order around the 20th-24th of every month.
We do not attempt to time the market as it's impossible. We order at that time, because logistics in the industry is SLOW and we need time to receive, prepare and ship everyone's metal.
This isn't some deep conspiracy where we wait, get everyone the worst price for the month, then place our big monthly order.
But, you are never "locked in," as you can cancel at any time.
We are a dollar cost average service for longterm investors, not people who think they can time the market and buy at bottoms.
Also note, when we "lock in" and it's up 20% from when you order, no one ever complains!
It's not timing the market, it's time IN the market!
We are here for people in it for DECADES not a quick flip, get rich scheme.
Cheers!

Everything was fine until it wasn’t
Everything was fine until it wasn’t. Dec 2025 box was EMPTY. Tried to use the “contact us” on the website multiple times and never received a response. Finally mid/late January I received a response and cancelled my subscription.
I have emails and receipts to back this up.

I asked for gold bars for my orders and seemed like after awhile I was only getting small rounds and silver rounds asked them to send bars never did so I dropped them and moved on
Do what they are asked to do what's the difference on bars or coins weight is weight. I asked for bars and was only getting bars at the end and alot more silver was not happy with rounds

Sir, we have two different crates in that regard.
The Big Bar Crate: which has bars.
&
The Generic Crate: that has rounds.
If you are receiving 1 oz Silver Rounds, you did not order the correct SKU. Please contact support and we can fix your account for you.

Empty shipment. Blames me for not finding it in the box…
After several successful subscription shipments (albeit smaller and smaller pieces of gold) this last shipment had no gold. I noticed the sides of the boxes were not sealed and that little ziplock bag they use to hold the gold could easily have slipped out. Anyhow i submitted a support ticket asking to be made whole otherwise I’d have to contact PayPal. Then received an email saying that I either didn’t search my box good enough or I got robbed by usps. While they did refund my money but their first instinct is to blame the customer for not searching the box well enough? Also they immediately cancelled my account following this interaction since I “threatened to erroneously report them to payment processing company”. I may have used a threatening verbiage, but it is true if they don’t get back to me I’d have to contact PayPal. The gold being stolen in transit is possible, but the way they ship precious metal is a little less secure than desired.

We always resolve issues with customers. In this case, issued a full refund.
However, threatening to report us to payment processor as a scam does two things. It first accuses us of being a fraudulent or a scam company, which we are not. We work extremely hard to deliver on our promises (for little to basically non-existent praise by the way) and telling lies to companies and banks like that can trigger investigations. We also get fined by the processor regardless of outcome, our processing rate increases and the processors and banks will prolong depositing the funds in our account. This means we have to seek outside funding (in the millions of dollars) to purchase product ahead of these delays. At 10% interest per day, this costs our company dearly. All over a lie. Our gross profit margin for 2024 was 2.63%, we'd like to maintain that rate to continue providing fair prices for our customers.
The reason we asked to double check the contents of the box is because we receive tons of inquiries which later turn out the box was not searched fully.
We can not risk dings to our credit worthiness so we do not take such threats lightly, unfortunately.
As for this customer getting less Gold over the year of 2024, Gold has steadily increased all year long. If you want more, pay more. We do not control the prices but we do wish we could and load everyone up with tons of Gold each month!
Thanks.
