Pretty happy with my purchase Quality would be 9/10

Order is weeks past expected shipping date and they won’t respond to any emails.

I recently received an order I had placed with intheclouds for a custom 12" record. The quality of this record is absolutely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed and upset. Firstly, the slipcase for the record is extremely flimsy and low-quality, not made of the type of material you would expect for a vinyl record. Secondly, I ordered a white vinyl, and paid extra for this, expecting a nice clean white record. However, what I got could be more accurately described as a light-grey translucent record, which is not what I was expecting. Thirdly, the custom label that I had provided was printed/applied off-center on both sides, so even though I tried not to place anything close to the edges when designing them, some text was still cut off. Now, all of these are aesthetic complaints, but the worst fact of all is that the sound quality of the record itself is absolutely horrible. I went out of my way to find high-quality music files to provide, but the record has skipping issues, a loud hissing noise that can be heard throughout, and generally sounds very compressed and low-quality. There are no redeeming qualities to what I received.

Order is now 2 weeks passed expected shipping date. Have emailed and left messages on social media with no response. Order # ITC28005

The audio on the record sounded scratchy and the record had dents in it which caused the songs to skip. The packaging was flimsy and thin and the record barely even fit inside of the sleeve. The pictures looked good and the record might’ve been dented but it’s shape wasnt warped.

Made this for a childhood friend who makes music. Came out great and my friend absolutely loved it. Thank you so much

Wow…simply amazing! I created a custom LP for my father’s 75th birthday. Not only did I have a chance to lay down all of his favorite tracks one vinyl LP, but I also had designed the album cover and back. The front cover was a black-and-white photo of his very first car. The back cover was a montage of family photos. There is nothing better than giving a gift to my father that he had no idea was even possible. With intheclouds’ help, I created a truly ‘one of kind’ gift. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
