If I could leave 0 stars I would
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a custom vinyl jacket and of course my order was received and money taken. After the 6 week period I hadn’t received my product or been notified of it shipping. I reached out to customer service and they told me they would look into it. A week later I followed up. No response. A week later I followed up again. No response and still no product. Disputed charges with the bank. Still have received no product or response from February. Do NOT buy from this company. Wish I would’ve read these reviews first.

Awful Customer Support
The item itself was great but the service was terrible. It said it would take 5-7 buisness days to make but it didn’t get made for almost 2 months. That’s just it being made and not including the shipping time. I contacted multiple times saying that I wanted to cancel and they wouldn’t let me and said it would be coming soon.

Fast delivery, good quality
My order arrived faster than promised and looked and sounded great! I got this for my girlfriend for her birthday and I am so excited to give it to her!

I never received the order I placed and…
I never received the order I placed and paid for with this company. I reached out to their customer service several times and I received the same automated reply of “we’re looking into the issue” but nothing was resolved. I had to get my money back through a third party payment system that they use. If you value your time and sanity, do not use InTheClouds. It’s a total scam.

Are you fkn kidding me?
Are you fckn kidding me? My order never arrived. I've sent to you about 20 mails and none have answered me neither gave me a solution.
