The 12 inch record is great. My 2 - 7 inch 45’s do not work in my jukebox as the record does not track to the song when the needle is dropped. Disappointed in that.

The print looked good. However the vinyl jacket was flimsy and felt more like paper than cardboard. Not sure if the ink is what smeled bad, but it smelled very much like chemicals.

I was excited to try In the Clouds out, as I wanted to get a few different records made. The album cover itself was folded/glued together unevenly. The print quality was good, but the paper stock was flimsy. As for the record itself, it looked great, but the sound was not so good. It was very quiet, and the sound quality wasn't great. I can't really enjoy listening to the record, and I guess I'll have to use a Sharpie to color in the white overlap of the misaligned cover so that I can at least frame it and display it. I was hoping to have it be a record that I listened to. I wish this had been a better experience.

Production, shipping, and delivery took a couple weeks longer than advertised. Fidelity of the record was sub-par, with noticable clicks and scratches. Not sure they even checked their work before sending it out. Colored vinyl and custom artwork on labels and sleeve were well done.

While the quality of the print is absolutely fantastic, the image on the rear of the cover I ordered was zoomed in and letters are cut off so that it cannot be read. The paper used for the jacket is pretty flimsy and does not work well for albums. The top seam on the jacket was missing some glue/adhesive. It was well glued about 80% of the way but there was a hole on the top. Lastly, the jacket wreaks of toxic ink or something like that. I have been airing it out in the sun for days but the smell has not gone away.

I understand it takes time, but I’ve been waiting on my delivery for months. I haven’t received many updates, and when I try to track my package, it tells me its in the same location it’s been in from the start.
