Fine product, abysmal customer service.
I ordered a custom vinyl sleeve. The shipping time said 10-12 business days, yet it took 6 weeks to arrive. Throughout the 6 weeks, I got emails from the company asking me to pay $100 for rush shipping to get my order in the time frame I was originally told I would get it in (my order was $10). I contacted customer service, which sent me a bot response in return. I replied that my issue hasn't been resolved, and was contacted by a customer service rep who said he flagged the order and would email me back with an update, which I never got. I received the sleeve after the 6 weeks, and while the quality of my order was good, I waited three times longer than I should have for it, with no help from the other end.

You Get What You Pay For 🎉
The process of making was easy. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because, when my vinyl came, it had some scratches on it and normal I’d assume they’re from me because I wouldn’t shift the blame but I had literally just opened it. Then I was shocked by Side B of my vinyl looping in 2 different spots. I would’ve reached out to customer support if Side A wasn’t near perfection. Alongside this, the audio quality is a little lacking from what I was expecting based on reviews. If I were to get another custom vinyl like the one I ordered, I’d probably see about somewhere else. The only thing holding me back from rating this lower is the price. If my vinyl had been say $20 more for the same thing, I would have expected flawless quality, so I guess you get what you pay for but still, $60 is steep for what I got. Besides that, the quality is okay and I enjoyed what I listened too on Side A and what I could on Side B. The jacket quality is great too. 4/5 ✨

Friendly but disappointing outcome
Friendly, enthusiastic and responsive service. Sadly, I'm not happy with the sound quality of my record. I provided WAV files for each song hoping they would contain enough digital information to translate well onto vinyl. That is not the case. There is a low background hum from beginning to end and each song is notably hollow sounding. Seemly good people with hearts in the right place, but not a great outcome for me. Maybe that's true for the entire vinyl pressing industry. I don't know. This is my first foray.

There was an audible 'hum' sound on the…
There was an audible 'hum' sound on the vinyl, presumably from the cutting machine, and I don't know why they would leave such a wide amount of blank space near the outer rim of the vinyl before cutting the grooves. UPDATE: Despite what they said below, about "resolving the situation".....they never did follow up with me about that. That was just lip service I guess.

A lot better then last time slighty low…
A lot better then last time slighty low quality photos and still off centered but it’s much better then last time and the sound quality is sounding really good for a custom vinyl

the shipment was way to long
